Duluth Homegrown Music Festival is an annual community celebration of original, diverse music from Duluth-area communities. Shows are spread across multiple venues in two cities over eight days. The festival is open to all genres.
Homegrown started in 1999 with ten acts. It has grown into a community-wide music, arts, and cultural event. Besides concerts, the festival sometimes adds other entertainment or showcases. Examples named include the Children’s Music Showcase, the Motion Showcase, and a Variety Showcase.
