Bryan Lee Memorial Blues Festival, a vibrant celebration of blues music that honors the legacy of Bryan Lee, also known as the “Braille Blues Daddy”. This annual event brings together renowned blues artists from across the country for a day of incredible music, food, and community.
Bryan Lee was born on March 16, 1943, in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Despite losing his eyesight at the age of eight, Lee developed a deep passion for music. His love for the blues was nurtured through late-night listening sessions on the Nashville-based radio station WLAC-AM, where he discovered the sounds of Elmore James, Albert King, and Albert Collins.
