Chicago Blues Festival takes place in Chicago and presents blues performances in Millennium Park. The event is organized by the City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events. Programming highlights Chicago’s blues heritage and recognizes artists connected to the genre’s history.
Attendees can visit multiple stages and explore additional cultural programming connected to blues traditions. Educational presentations and related activities accompany the performances. The festival also includes food and beverage vendors operating within the park.
