Locust Street Festival of Music and Art takes place in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood. Bands and DJs play across four stages along Locust Street.
Art vendors, local vendors, and local businesses line the street with food and beer. The festival began in 1976 after residents opposed widening Locust Street between Humboldt and Holton. A 1.6-mile Beer Run and walk through Riverwest includes four beer stops.
