Monroe Balloon and Blues takes place at the Green County Fairgrounds in Monroe. Hot air balloon flights and evening balloon glows occur alongside blues in a band tent.
The festival also includes a craft show, car show, tractor show, and carnival attractions. Attendees can join face painting, pony rides, and a pancake breakfast, while admission, parking, and beer stand sales support The Arc of Green County for special needs youth and adults.
