Saturday in the Park Festival

July 2025
The Abe Stage

Saturday in the Park has a rich history that dates back to 1991. The festival was founded with the aim of bringing people together through the power of music, and it has been doing just that for over three decades. Held on the Saturday closest to the 4th of July, the festival attracts around 25,000 fans each year. One of the unique aspects of Saturday in the Park is its location at the Grandview Park Municipal Bandshell in Sioux City. The picturesque setting provides the perfect backdrop for a day of music and fun. Fireworks, Food, Art, Kids Activities, and MUSIC!

One of the highlights of Saturday in the Park is the Abe Stage, which has grown into a destination for respected national, regional, and local hip-hop and rock acts. From legendary artists such as Sir Mix A Lot, Face to Face, and Fetty Wap and plenty of up-and-coming talents, the Abe Stage offers a diverse lineup that appeals to music fans of all genres. Once considered the little brother to the main stage, the Abe Stage has come into its own act.
