Tailgate N’ Tallboys Bloomington takes place at the McLean County Fairgrounds in Bloomington, Illinois. Country music acts appear on a main stage at the fairgrounds while a truck show occurs on site. The truck show includes lifted and customized vehicles displayed throughout the event area.

Attendees can stay on the grounds through festival camping options that include RV and tent spaces. Food vendors and beverage sales operate on site, and merchandise is available during the event. The grounds also provide restroom and shower facilities for campers.
