
Twin Cities Jazz Festival in Saint Paul takes place in and around Mears Park in Lowertown. Two outdoor stages are set up at Mears Park. Jazz is also programmed at more than 18 Saint Paul venues. Most stages and venues are within walking distance. Performances and clinics are free and open to all.
Twin Cities Jazz Festival is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1999. Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed for listening at outdoor areas. Food and beverages are sold on site, and coolers are discouraged. All festival venues are wheelchair accessible, with accessible seating by the main stage. Outside alcohol is not allowed, and weapons and illegal drugs are prohibited.
